Mendoza Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1994 by long time heating and air conditioning (HVAC) entrepreneur Jorge Mendoza. Jorge grew up in Bolivia where he attended all of his grade school. At age 20 he moved to the United States to attend college, where he received his associates degree in HVAC. He then moved to Northern Virginia and opened his business. Following a sucessfull first year the company became a family business, as it still is today with his brothers and children slowly taking his place.
